Pictured here, Jaziyah Forte, 10, right, Hazel Curletti, 10, and Olivia Mauke, 10, both at left, talk with Jody Burrows of South Egremont. The Muddy Brook Green Team was founded last spring so this is the first full year of the program. Students fill compost buckets in the cafeteria and individual classrooms. At the end of the day, the team member that is in charge of compost that day, compiles the buckets and takes it outside to the large compost bin on the campus of the school.
